During the after-sales service period, Mentech is committed to protecting your rights. If you encounter product malfunctions or performance issues, we will respond promptly to provide top-tier professional repair services, ensuring your product is effectively maintained within the warranty period.

Warranty Period

Your product is covered by a comprehensive warranty service for one year. Products beyond this period are no longer eligible for free warranty services.

Free Warranty Commitment

We are committed to providing free repair services within the warranty period for logistics damage and product quality issues not caused by human factors. For repairs not related to product quality, a reasonable fee may be charged to cover costs.

Exclusions from Free Repair Services

1.Products that have exceeded the warranty period.

2.Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, modification, or other human actions.

3.Damage caused by impacts, static electricity, negligence, or natural disasters such as fires, lightning strikes, and floods.

4.Damage to the device casing, power cords, or other components due to improper operation during use.

5.Please note, any cancellations or changes to custom product orders must be made before the production of the custom product begins, subject to approval.
