If you placed the order on our online store, log in to your account, go to the order details page, and click "Cancel Order."

Processing Status:

In Transit Status:
In most cases, once the order has started shipping, it cannot be canceled. If special circumstances arise, please contact our customer service team or your account manager for assistance.
